Dongying Minghua Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was established in August 2000 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan, a plant area of 5,000 square meters, and an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons. The company is located in the Yellow River Delta National Industrial Park in Dongying City, Shandong Province. It is also the location of Shengli Oilfield and the country's largest petroleum machinery processing base.
